These general terms and conditions apply to all bookings, vouchers, and services offered by Favotrip B.V. ("Favotrip"), based in the Netherlands. By using our website and services, you agree to these terms.
These terms apply to all offers, bookings, and agreements made via favotrip.nl. Deviations are only valid if agreed upon in writing.
All offers on the website are non-binding and subject to availability. Prices are in euros and per person, unless stated otherwise. Prices include VAT. Favotrip reserves the right to change prices and offers.
A booking is established at the moment of confirmation after successful payment. The customer will receive a confirmation via email with all relevant booking information. It is the customer's responsibility to check the booking confirmation and report any errors immediately.
Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the website, including iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact, and PayPal. All prices are in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Full payment must be made at the time of booking.
Vouchers are valid for the period stated on the voucher (standard 2 years from the date of purchase). Vouchers can be redeemed at favotrip.nl/verzilveren when booking a trip. Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash. In case of loss or theft of a voucher, Favotrip cannot be held liable.
Changes or cancellations can be requested up to 7 days before the departure date via our customer service. Favotrip charges EUR 14.95 change fees, in addition to any fees from service providers.
Cancellation Policy:
Upon purchasing a voucher, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days after receipt. You can cancel your order by contacting our customer service. This right expires once the voucher has been used for a booking.
Favotrip acts as an intermediary between the customer and the service providers (hotels, activity providers). Favotrip is not liable for shortcomings in the execution of services by third parties. The liability of Favotrip is in all cases limited to the amount of the booking.
In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, and government measures), Favotrip is not obliged to fulfill its obligations. In such cases, Favotrip will make efforts to provide an appropriate solution.
All content on favotrip.nl, including texts, images, logos, and software, is the property of Favotrip B.V. and is protected by copyright. Use without written permission is not permitted.
Complaints can be submitted via [email protected] or by phone at +31 (20) 261 49 16. We strive to resolve complaints within 14 days.
All agreements between Favotrip and the customer are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
Favotrip reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions. The most current version is always available on this page. In the event of substantial changes, registered customers will be notified.
